Replevin
Replevin is more commonly understood as repossession. When debtors fall behind in their payments, repossession of the collateral is often the only chance a creditor may have to be paid on a loan. McGuire Gardner has performed hundreds of repossessions through Arizona State Courts and local Tribal Courts, particularly those in the Navajo Nation. Our experience with Tribal Court repossessions has helped clients to properly repossess vehicles and mobile homes, while avoiding the heavy civil penalties that often occur when repossession laws are violated.
