Creditor Services

Our firm offers experienced creditor services to individuals, professionals, businesses and financial institutions. The partner in charge of our creditor services group, attorney Pernell W. McGuire, has been successfully representing clients since 1991. Mr. McGuire assists creditors with receivership actions, debt collections, replevin actions, foreclosures and collections within bankruptcy proceedings, including motions for relief from the automatic stay. Mr. McGuire is admitted to practice in all tribal courts in Northern Arizona for clients who need assistance with replevin and other collection matters.

Our Family Law Practice

The decision to divorce is a difficult one to make especially when children are involved. Divorce can create tremendous stress and lead to other life changing circumstances. With our experience in family law and divorce, we thoroughly understand the divorce process. Douglas Gardner, the partner in charge of our family law practice is knowledgeable and effective in all aspects of Arizona family law including premarital agreements, divorces, child custody, child support, visitation, alimony, restraining orders and other family law matters.

Our Probate Practice

Probate issues often involve emotional issues that make resolving the estate of a loved one difficult. At McGuire Gardner, we understand the stress that can accompany the death of a loved one. Our Litigation Practice

In our commercial litigation group, we represent clients throughout Arizona in both state and federal court. Some of the many legal challenges our litigation group handles include commercial disputes, collections, probate litigation, and personal injury cases.

Working in close association with all practice areas, the litigation group has the resources and experience to handle complex matters in a variety of fields. McGuire Gardner also represent clients through its appellate practice.
